What You’ll Do
As a Bloomland Assistant (and future Lead Teacher), you will:
- support class setup and cleanup
- help maintain a calm, safe, welcoming environment
- engage gently with children during sensory, art, and learning activities
- guide transitions as children arrive and leave
- lead the Christian circle time when needed
- step in confidently as lead teacher on days when the main educator is absent
- bring ideas, creativity, and initiative to help the program grow
- become a long-term, foundational team member as enrollment increases

Hours & Pay
- $20/hour
- Begins with ~1 class per week (≈1 paid hour per week)
- Hours increase steadily as enrollment increases
- Long-term vision: 10 morning classes per week
- Long-term pay: ~$800/month for very short, mom-friendly morning hours
