As a TWS Daycare Assistant, you will:

- supervise small groups of children with warmth and patience

- support daily routines (playtime, transitions, outdoor play, learning activities)

- help maintain a safe, tidy, calm environment

- engage gently with children during activities and free play

- assist with simple prep, tidying, and organizing materials

-lead or support circle time when needed

-communicate kindly with children and families

- grow into a long-term, foundational role as the daycare fills

- show initiative and contribute ideas as we rebuild and expand the program

- $20/hour

- Starting hours are enrollment-based (light at first)

- Hours grow automatically as enrollment increases

- Long-term schedule at full enrollment: 9 AM – 3 PM, Monday–Friday

- Additional opportunities for occasional support hours, if desired
