We operate two different programs:
TWS Daycare in Pleasanton and Bloomland Enrichment Classes in Danville.
Each program has its own mission, schedule, and style of working with children.

Both programs are new/restarting, which means the role grows as enrollment grows.
Pay and hours will increase steadily as each program fills.
Each program will have a defined enrollment period and start date to ensure reasonable hours and pay from the beginning.
Early on, hours may be light — but the role is designed for someone seeking long-term stability as both programs expand.
You will be part of the founding team, helping shape routines and classroom culture.
Each role requires someone who is reliable, nurturing, and committed to consistency for the children.
